10-Day Annapurna Circuit - Fast Itinerary
Day 1: Kathmandu to Chame (2,670 m)
Drive by jeep via Besisahar; overnight in Chame.
Day 2: Chame to Pisang (3,300 m)
Trek through forests and rock cliffs to either Upper or
Lower Pisang.
Day 3: Pisang to Manang (3,540 m)
Beautiful trail with a view of Annapurna II, III &
Gangapurna.
Day 4: Acclimatization in Manang
Short hike to Ice Lake or viewpoints; rest day.
Day 5: Manang to Yak Kharka (4,050 m)
Gradual ascent; stay at high-altitude lodge.
Day 6: Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4,525 m)
Short but steep climb; prepare for next day's pass.
Day 7: Thorong Phedi to Thorong-La Pass to Muktinath
(3,800 m)
Start early and cross the highest point of the trek.
Day 8: Muktinath to Jomsom (2,720 m)
Trek or take local jeep through the windy Kali Gandaki
valley.
Day 9: Jomsom to Pokhara
Flight or long jeep ride.
Day 10: Pokhara to Kathmandu
