Janaki Mandir


Janakpur has the janaki mandir in Nepali .  which is dedicated to Goddess sita, and also has a Ram and Sita marriage he jahaki mandir . jankai mandir is a Hindu temple The most beautiful and impressive building is the Janaki Mandir, a temple to Sita, built of bright white marble. When you see it the first time, it seems unrealistic, like a beautiful fata morgana or movie-scene. This artistic marble temple popularly known as the Naulakha Mandir dedicated to the divine couple. The cost for the construction of the temple was about the same amount of money: Rupees 9 Lakhs (900,000) and hence the name. Queen Vrisha Bhanu - of the Indian state of Tikamgarhm built the temple in 1910.

Gokyo Chola Pass Everest Base Camp Trekking

Gokyo Chola Pass Everest Base Camp Trekking is one of the most adventurous trekking route in Everest region. Sometime Gokyo Chola Pass Everest Base Camp trekking trail is also known as Everest Circuit trekking. It follows the route via high pass called Chola Pass at 5330 meters into Everest Base Camp. This trek begins from Lukla. After one day acclimatization in Namche bazaar it follows all the way to Gokyo Lake. After you reach Gokyo Lake you climb Gokyo Ri (5480m) and from top of Gokyo Ri you enjoy stunning summit mountain scenery including Everest, Makalu and Cho Oyo. Then following day you cross Chola Pass ((5330m) and reach at Dzongla. After Dzongla you move towards Gorakshep and ascent to Kalapathar (5545m) from where you enjoy an impressive up-close view of Mt. Everest. Then next day you trek to Everest Base Camp. Your return route passes through Tyangboche, a place where a famous magnificent monastery is located. We take a rest there and savor the incredible scenery enchaning views of Mt. Everest, Mt. Amadablam, Mt. Thamserku, Mt. Kangega, Mt. Kwangde, Mt. Nuptse etc and back to Lukla airport. On the next morning you take flight to Kathmandu.

Royal trekking

Royal trekking is in surrounding hills of Pokhara. Royal trekking was initially pioneered by prince Charles of England and hence it came to be known as the Royal Trekking. It is a moderately easy trekking. Trekkers while doing this trekking will get excellent mountain views of Mt. Annapurna, Mt Fishtail (Machhapuchare), Mt. Manasalu and others. Walking through villages of different communities like Gurung, Magar, Kami, Chhetri and Bramins will give experience of different lifestyle and culture of Nepalese people. The trek Starts from Kalikastan ridge, about 25 km drive from scenic Pokhara and ends at Chisapani 12 km west of Pokhara City. Royal trekking is an absolutely less traffic and lovely walking trekking trail.

Kanchenjunga conservation Area Situated in north- eastern Nepal in the district of Taplejung, the kanchenjunga Conservation Area is bordered by the Tibet-china in the north,sikkim – India in the east and sankhuwasabha district in the west, the area has alpine grasslands low river valley with temperate and sub- tropical forests. animals includes scarce snow leopard, Himalayan black beae, musk deer, red panda , blue sheep and rhesus monkey . About 252 species of different birds including impedance pheasant, red –billed blue magpie. shy drongo are found in the area.
Ten species among Nepal’s 20 indigenous gymnosperms and 15 among Nepal’s 23 endemic flowering plants are found in this region .in addition, almost 30 varieties of rhododendron species and and 48 varieties of orchids are found here.

    Many years ago there was a king whose name was Suddhodhan. He was the king of  Kapilvastu. Kapilvastu is in Lumbini zone now . the queens name was Maya Devi.
   They had son. His name was Siddhartha Gautam. Later he became Gautam Buddha. Gautam Buddha found a religion which people called Buddhism. He taught to love and live . Now there are many temples of Buddha at Lumbini where he was born. There are many followers of Buddhism in Nepal and other many countries .

Nepal Tourism Board along with six Nepalese trade companies promoted Nepal as a premier holiday target among the worldwide travel trade and media during the three days travel trade meeting ITB Asia -2012 held from 17-19 October , at sands Expo and conference center, Marina bay sands, Singapore.
   Chairman of Nepal Tourism Board and secretary of Ministry of Tourism and civil Aviation, Mr. Yajna Prasad Gautam led the Nepalese delegation in the fair .while interacting with high level international media and travel Trade delegates; the secretary appreciated the growing confidence of international visitors in Nepal as not only an adventure aim but also a pests and leisure destination.

Deepawail final days called Bhai Tika


Deepawail final days called Bhai Tika, cewemony is practical. On this day, sisters worship their brothers and pray for their long and happy life. The sisters generally go to the brother’s house. they first offer puja to chitra Gupta and Yamaraj near the door of the house to ward off evil spirits. Then they put seven coolers Tika or mark on the betel nuts plant and durva grass and offer they feuits, sweets curd, eggs and other delicacy all set for the occurrence, those who do not have real sisters receive tika from their cousins or any other woman they give the status of a sister. After receiving tika, the brother’s offer money and help to the sisters and plead for their long and happy life .

Deepawail second days called kukar puja is the day of the dog . The guard at yama’s gates and also the vehicle of the fearful god Bhairab is Worshipped on this day . A red tika is put on a dog’s forehead a garland is put around itches and delicious food is offered to him. The idea behind the great honour conferred on and the welcome accorded to dogs one this day is that dog, the gate keeper of narak or hell i. e. The first day of the festival is called (kag Tihar) kag Bali is the day of the crow .A crow can bring good as well as bad massages. Generally, when it crow atop the house and tree in a sweet voice mainly in morning hours . It is believed that it is a signal or a pre –information of the advent or arrival of guest. The house wiver feed the crow with small special dishes. Hanuman Dhoka





Hanuman Dhoka is a complex of structures with the Royal Palace of the Malla kings and also of the Shah dynasty in the square of central Kathmandu, Nepal. It is spread over five acres . original Maha Vishnu Temple in the square, which housed this image, was destroyed in the 1934 tremor. Other structures in the courtyard are: the meeting Chamber of the Malla kings in the northeast corner, the throne of the Malla kings in an open verandah and portrait of the Shah Kings.

Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve


Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve is the only area in Nepal where licensed hunting is allowed. The reserve adjoins  Myagdi district and Baglung district, just below the Dhaulagiri range in west Nepal.  The reserve begins at 3000m reacher as high as 7,000 m . trees like fir , pine birch rhododendron ,hemlock, oak juniper and spruce are available in the reserve. One of the prime attractions for hunters is the blue sheep , which is abundant in the area. Hunters also get pheasants and partridges in viable numbers for hunting. Other animals found here are leopard, ghoral, serow ,Himalayan tahr, Himalayan black bear, barking deer wild boar , rhesus macaque, langur and mouse hare. Endangered animals in the reserve are musk deer, wold ,red panda , cheer pheasant and Danphe.

Dal bhat is a traditional Nepali staple food consisting of cooked steamed rice or sometimes other cereal dhal and lentil soup dal . ts is generally eaten twice a day mid morning and early evening .It is also called dal bhat tarkari there many also be cueey mad of chicken got meat or fish . dal bhat is often served with tarkari amix of available seasonal vegetables. Nepalese public plate, dal bhat is an inexpensive and tasty meal to eat whilst trekking. If you order dal bhat at a lodge or tea house, any extra dal or bhat you need to satisfy your appetite is usually free. Porters sometimes refer to a hill climb as a '3 dhal-bhat' hill. You may hear a Nepalis joke about 'double dal-bhat' for real hunger or trekker greed.
