Everest base camp trek | 14 day trek cost | Itinerary - Himalayan smile trek
The classic 14-day Everest Base Camp Trek is one of Nepal's
most iconic adventures, blending Sherpa culture with dramatic Himalayan scenery
and the challenge of trekking to 5,364 m. Most itineraries start and end in
Kathmandu, with a scenic mountain flight to Lukla marking the start of the
trek. The journey follows the Dudh Koshi River valley, ascends through pine
forests and Sherpa villages, and gradually climbs into the alpine zone before
reaching the base of the world's highest peak.
