Gautam Buddha
Many years ago there
was a king whose name was Suddhodhan. He was the king of Kapilvastu. Kapilvastu is in Lumbini zone now
. the queens name was Maya Devi.
They had son. His
name was Siddhartha Gautam. Later he became Gautam Buddha. Gautam Buddha found
a religion which people called Buddhism. He taught to love and live . Now there
are many temples of Buddha at Lumbini where he was born. There are many
followers of Buddhism in Nepal
and other many countries .
