Tourism Ministry plans major restructuring



  The minister of culture tourism and civil Aviation plans to open two departments and an Aviation safety study agency in a bid to make more efficient the country’s tourism and aviation sector tourism and aviation sector. The two departments and the agency will purpose straight under the ministry. According to ministry officials , the present tourism business separation will bra efficient as the Department of culture and museum will be set up to conserve and refresh the country’s cultural and natural heritage . The Department of tourism will be responsible for as long as services in the most efficient manner besides adaptable the country’s tourism industry.
  Training for creating the tourism Department will be finished by this fiscal year and it will start working under its new avatar by the next fiscal said Mohan Krishna sapkota representative of the ministry. This department will make sure that the licenses necessary to set up businesses like hotels and travel agencies are issued on time besides formulate policy on tax and other matters in the view of the need asset said government officials. The department will also create single window system regarding the issuance of licenses and permits for new hospitality businesses. For example an capitalist wishing to open a five star hotel has to go through various. The tourism division issues the operating licenses in the last phase. Similarly the future Department of culture and museum of culture and museum will deal with both tangible and intangible heritage resources and consider museums as key vehicles for their conservation and promotion. New trail explored in Round Dhaulagiri Trek



An option trekking trail for the Beni-Darbang part of Round Dhaulagiri trekking route has been recognized. The new trail was explored as the available Beni-Singa-Tatopani-Babiyachaur-Darbang trail became of new use due to building of motor roads. The new trail starts from Benin and progress through Pachhai, Dholthan, Jagannath, Purnagaun and Darbang.Local Development Officer of Myagdi Bishnu Prasad Sharma said the new trail was recognized with the backing of District Development group, Myagdi. He said the review team has future for a financial plan of Rs 10 million to develop essential infrastructures along the new trail. The new trail can be finished in two days. It meets the Round Dhaulagiri Trekking Route at Bim Village Development Committee .The new trail passes through significant past and sacred sites like Dholthan and Jangannath, and viewpoints like Todke.The Dhaulagiri Development Committee Myagdi took the plan to travel around new trail after trekkers started moving to other trekking areas in the country due to movement of vehicle as well as pollution on the obtainable Beni-Darbang section.
