     安娜普尔纳日出徒步  AnnapurnaSunrise Trek ，又常被称为 布恩山日出徒步( PoonHill Sunrise Trek ） ，是尼泊尔最著名的短途喜马拉雅徒步线路之一。它因可欣赏安娜普尔纳与道拉吉里山脉的震撼日出、美丽村庄、离博卡拉很近以及路线适合初学者和家庭徒步而广受欢迎。 费用概览 徒步费用会因服务标准、团队人数及季节不同而有所变化。标准的 4–6 天行程 一般为 每人 2900 – 4900 人民币 ，通常包含 ACAP 与 TIMS 许可证、博卡拉往返交通、徒步过程中的餐食、茶馆住宿以及向导和背夫服务。 若选择更舒适或私人化的服务，费用大约为 每人 6000–9000 人民币 ，包括更好的住宿、私人交通及一些额外服务。若预算有限，也可以选择独立徒步，每天约 250–350 人民币， 即可覆盖食宿和必要许可证。但不建议单独徒步，因为向导能提供路线导航、安全保障与当地文化知识。                                    5 天行程参考 第 1 天：博卡拉 → 奈亚普尔（ Nayapul ） → 乌勒里（ Ulleri ） 从博卡拉驱车前往奈亚普尔开始徒步，路经村庄与梯田，随后攀登陡峭的石阶到达乌勒里住宿。 第 2 天：乌勒里 → 戈瑞帕尼（ Ghorepani ） 沿着杜鹃林与橡树林上升，抵达美丽的戈瑞帕尼村。 第 3 天：戈瑞帕尼 → 布恩山日出（ 3210 米） → 塔达帕尼（ Tadapani ） 清晨登上布恩山观景台欣赏壮丽日出，返回戈瑞帕尼后继续穿越森林前往塔达帕尼。 第 4 天：塔达帕尼 → 甘德鲁克（ Ghandruk ） 下山前往著名的廓尔喀族村庄甘德鲁克，那里拥有传统民居及绝佳山景。 第 5 天：甘德鲁克 → 奈亚普尔 → 博卡拉 最后一路下坡回到奈亚普尔，随后驱车返回博卡拉，行程结束。

The Constituent Assembly has finally been dissolved after four years in existence and a date has been set for the election of a new one. There is great public disappointment that the political process that started with the coming together of the Maoist party and non-Maoist parties in 2005 in New Delhi failed to deliver on its mandate. There are a number of areas that will require attention. First, the failure has made it clear that leaders across party lines lack the ability to work together and reach compromise, even though they have been working together for over five years. They continued to hurl acrimonious statements and maintained hard-line positions to the very end and failed to prevent a major crisis. There is a danger here that Nepalis will harbour resentment towards fellow Nepalis with opposing political views and blame one another for blocking the constitution.
