Normally in Nepal we have two type Trekking

Type of Trekking

1.       Tea House Trek/ Lodge Trek
Normally in Everest region trekking, Annapurna region trekking and Langtang regiontrekking we offer you accommodation in tea house. A Tea House is the combination of guest house, restaurant, and social hang out. Private rooms are available in most Tea Houses, except for high altitudes ones where it will be just dormitories. The lodges are fairly basic. The rooms are spare with twin beds and very little additional furniture. Most bathrooms are shared and toilets are normal. Some where can be either squat type of the western version. Most of the Tea Houses have running water facility. Many of them have hot water available for bathing. But we discourage our groups from using water heated by wood, as lack of firewood in most villages is a big environmental concern in Nepal. There is normally no electric lighting in the rooms unless the village has hydroelectric power. The dining room usually has solar lighting. Some teahouses now also have electricity for charging small appliances - mobile phones and cameras - and there may be a small charge for this.

2.       Camping Trekking
In camping trekking you spend your overnight inside tent. Normally the site will be fixed nearby small village or yak Khark (pasture land). In camping trek there will be a group of trekking crew. It  includes guide, cook, kitchen boys and required number of helpers as the group size. At the camp site the kitchen group cooked food according to your interest and test and will be served you. We arrange cook who is experienced in nepali, continental and Indian cuisines. Normally we manage all crew members from Kathmandu. As for managing many number of trekking staff, arranging camping equipments and food, Camping trekking is obviously expensive than tea house trekking.
