Today is 12-21-2009. Today we have planned to walk until Namche bazaar . Namche bazaar is the getaway of the     Mount Everest trekking. Now we are in Phakding. After the breakfast we start walk via Phakding village. The end of the Phakding village I take the picture of Dudhakoshi river and village of TokTok. Please have looked this picture below. We have continued walking two and half hour walking to Monjo village. This village is the entrance of the Sagarmatha National park. Here every trekker has to pay Rs 1000 entrance fee.   The Sagarmatha National park has a small information center and Khumbu region. Our client gets high altitude sickness in Annapurna base camp trekking Our client in Annapurna base camp yesterday. Yesterday is 15-03-2011.The trekking guide is Dawa Sherpa. He call me we are in    Annapurna base camp. Today’s weather is    excellent in Annapurna base camp. Here is fresh snow in Annapurna base camp; the lodge owner said yesterday was snow fallen here. He said afternoon is covered by cloud in base camp.   Again he phone to me our client is sick and very tired; I think it is high altitude sickness he said. The client can’t walk we have to do helicopter rescue.   I request to give phone to the guest. Also guest want to rescue but he said I can’t afford rescue helicopter charge. He request to talk with insurance company. Today is Jan21, 2009. We are in Lobuche.   According to our itinerary today our destination is Gorakhashe and day hike to Kalapatter. Today is very hard day for client because we have to sleep above the 5000m. After the breakfast we start to walk for Gorkhashep.   First one hour walk is the quite slope with grassland. The yak is grazing in grassland. You may want to take picture yak and mountains. Our group one member quite tried and he has little bite headed but we continuous our journey. Left two hours walk is quite hard. We have to walk in moraine and near by stream.   After three hour walk we are in Gorakhashep. We have one hour rest here for light lunch because we have to climb the kalapatter. Our group one member decides to stay in lodge because of headed.   We are ready to climb kalapatter(5555m). Rest Day in Namche Bazaar. Today is Oct 18, 2008, we have rest day in Namche bazaar. Today our third day for Everest base camp trek. Today is our rest day for acclimatization with high altitude sickness. For acclimatization of high altitude we have plan to day hiking to the Syangboche village. Namche bazaar is the getaways of the Mount Everest trekking . This town is the biggest until Everest base camp trek. Here you can get all kind of facilities such as telephone, fax, internet, bank, ATM, pup bar and shopping mountain clothes and equipment. After breakfast we start to walk syangboche village.   This day is very exciting day for trekkers because they will see small part of heaven. Today is Oct 27, 2008. Today my trekking is start from Kathmandu to Everest base camp with my client. Everest base camp trekking 1o days running. Today is Dec 02, 2008. Today we hike from Lobuche to Gorkhashep. We had lunch in Gorakhashep. After the lunch we start to hike Everest base camp.   The walking to Everest base camp is not so steep up but we are already in 5ooo m so that oxygen is getting thin. We can feel it because of oxygen it       is hard to walk at high altitude. The stunning view of Nuptse and Everest base camp we forget the all tired. We walk continuous to the Everest base camp. After 3 and half hour walking we reach in Everest base camp trek. The Everest bas e camp is     changing every two, three years because glacier. Today is 2010 October 21 mornings 06:47 am. I am in Annapurna base camp.   The Annapurna base camp height is approximately 4150m.   The view of Mt Annapurna 1 is stunning. Today is 11/06/2010, my 4 th day walking for Manaslu round trekking. My leg is very pain. I am so much tired because yesterday I walked 12 hour. Today we have to reach in Sama gaon until afternoon. After lunch we have plan to day hike Manaslu base camp. Now seven o clock, we are in sallow. From syallow great view of Mt Manaslu. I forget all my tired for a while. I feel very please to    see Manaslu it is very nice shape of mountain.   One of the school teacher said from here samagaon is nearly two hour walking distance for a trekkers.
